Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a really easy platform to navigate and helped centralize a number of different tools, spreadsheets and trackers we were manually setting up and managing before. Lots of personalisation. Very Innovative, not seen much else like it. Lots of different elements to the platform. Great design that makes it ease to use, features, UI/UX, time off, organization, surveys, & reviews cycles are great. - Easy to set up - Update and changes is easy and seamless - Able to manage our employees across multiple time zones on one platform - Seamless integration with our ATS and Reference checking systems - High employee engagement through the look and ease of use with a home page similar to social media Everything is in one place, and its environment is user-friendly and from there you can keep track of the whole team/company, and complete almost all HR procedures. Cons It did take a bit of time to full onboard and get all of the features we wanted to use up and running, but the core of the platform we had set up in a short amount of time. As there are so many complexities, there can be a lot to learn. We currently aren't using the jobs area or the goals as these features aren't as flushed out as we need. But I think they are working on them as they recently responded to my feature requests (which is great!) I haven't came across anything that the bob cant accommodate or deliver. Some reports/exports on custom-made data sections are not available, although it is necessary to have. in this case we have to use other programs to manage these data.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is easy to enter payroll and new employee information. I like the editor function where I can customize reports. friendly for employees and they can easily access and update their own information. They are constantly making changes/updates and looking for ways to improve. It was a process to do our changeover, however, it was so less complicated as I thought it was going to be. I have enjoyed the change since March 2023. I love all of the helpful training resources Netchex provides as well as having all employee information in one place. Its easy to use, support is always there to help with any questions. I like how I can view each employee separate from each other. Super easy to use, great training videos, professional and helpful customer service, easy to connect. Cons There is nothing I can really say I don't like about the software. We have some issues with people not being able to use phones for clocking in and out. It was not a Netchex issue, it was operator error. I haven't found any cons or things I dislike yet. There are to many step just to process payroll. Set up was confusing. Nothing I can think of. Very satisfied with the product.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy and efficient to use. Relatively easy to set up. We are using the accounting, HR, and payroll features. Beginner friendly, easy to navigate the site, easy to fix mistakes and LOVE the free learning tools to help setup different aspects. Sage HR does the job well. Great technical support and lots of training videos. The process of sending the journals into your accounting system is easy and seamless. Major plus: includes Quebec Payroll, which was surprisingly difficult to find. I like that you can go back and correct a payroll run. Time off module helps track staff offs way easier than Excel sheet when there are less than certain number of staff for the company, easy to follow screens. Cons No cons so far. We are using the accounting, human resource, and payroll modules. Wish i could take an entire course on sage accounting, fee isn't a one fee for everything , you do have to pay for extras like payroll. Can’t figure out how to use timesheets yet. I need to bill clients but difficult to set up or can we???? I shall research. There is a learning curve, even with all the help files, especially since I have never used a payroll software before. For now, I put Ease as just ok because I am not yet comfortable with all the functions. I have to get over the fear of losing all my information since all of this is on the cloud. Price for timesheet is more than what we would pay for other software.
