Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Freshteam has many positive points to it, it comes with many good features that make the use of it so exceptional and unique and it works amazingly in everyday use. My favorite features that I have used are: The process of hiring becomes so much simpler and Freshteam actually has a set of tools that help automate this said process so that hiring becomes faster but remains with a good quality and also sometimes improves the quality result of the new hires. Its intuitive system helps capture the best candidates and single them out for better analyzing of the leads, so that they end up applying. It also has so many instant ways for people to apply and we can activate the application process in different ways, such as in social media, emails, LinkedIn, and so many more, so that leads are always present and we can monitor these constantly. When working with so many resumes, mistakes are bound to happen, especially if there are so many of them. We want to make sure that we are able to study these resumes in-depth and not miss any important information, the screening part is the most important one in the process of hiring, and Freshteam has great ways to get through the resumes and save us so much time by automating it and still getting a perfect screening of the resumes and knowing everything about the candidate. With the previously two points said, it comes as a result that Freshteam has a repository of the best candidates that can enter our company, and it helps us have an active archive of the best capable people that can work for us, based on different metrics that we analyze according to their resume and interview process. I like that Freshteam is easy to use, it provided good guides to help me during the process of getting used to all the features and the customer support was really helpful during this time, I like that it was very easy to set up automatic emails for everyone, and have a clear view of all the recruitment process for every candidate. I especially like that it allows me to set a plan during the recruitment process that helps me interview people better through interview scorecards, and build an archive of all the candidates and sort them by experience or the potential talent that I see, and schedule a meeting. When a new employee joins the company, it is easy to have them get used to the company’s workflows and know how everything works thanks to Freshteam, because it allows us to create different contracts and finish the last minute details when signing an offer, it helps the employee set up in our business and get assigned different tasks immediately within their department. Additionally, it helps hold all employees’ information in one place and know all the contact information by creating profiles, and this helps manage all our employees more efficiently and cater to their needs as individuals, manage payments, vacation, time-off and more things that a employee might need, Freshteam helps maintain this online depository. With Freshteam in addition to hiring new staff the application also helps us to organize and select them for interviews, with the support of its recruitment group in conjunction with our contractors. The software is an excellent option to implement in the HR area of companies because of the ease it provides to attract the best candidates for job vacancies, greatly reducing the manual work required for the optimal selection of new employees remotely. • Reliable time off management. • Application Tracking and interview scheduling. • Leave and absence reporting. • Secure Document Management. • Job posting for recruiting. Cons With the great tools and automation that has Freshteam, some downside aspects come to light because of so many tools, the main one is that at times the site becomes really slow if there is too much information to be loaded, it probably has something to do with their servers as we maintain a good bandwidth connection constantly and have not experienced this issue in other sites. The loading of the CVs also takes too much time than usual and it becomes kind of annoying to have to wait for them to load. Also, the mobile application is not as optimized as the desktop site and it is not very possible to handle all the tasks on the mobile app. I would like to see more time tracking options for all employees to manage their own times and it getting uploaded into Freshteam’s database. There is a learning curve when it comes to automating all the triggers during the hiring process (for example, emailing candidates) but it has really good tutorials. Also, I do not really like Freshteam’s price ranges and I find that it is very costly in comparison to other competitors that offer even more features, however, it is a tool that keeps all our data protected and organized like no other so I really enjoy using it to keep track of all employees. We are quite pleased with the use of Freshteam, we only note that we would have liked to have a forum, tutorial or support guide for the basic doubts that arise in the first uses of the application. • No candidates interaction tracking for recruiting.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
