	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Product fruits is an easy-to-use Digital Adoption Platform that allows SaaS platforms to make their applications easier to use and understand. Product fruits is a simple but loaded tool, created with user perspective and engineered to use in detail. The tool provides end to end feature loaded user behaviours that behave very well on client applications. The tool is easy on our application, does not reduce the page performance by a lot and integrates seamlessly with the client application, almost as if it were in-built and not an external tool layered on top of my application. - Extensive functionality, solves almost all problems for user training and onboarding - Instant and super high quality tech support - Affordable Price We use Product Fruits for onboarding. It has a range of features make the initial experience with our (rather complex) software as pleasant as possible to our prospects. It is very customisable. Customer support. Final Product. Adaptability of the system. No more labor intensive personal onboarding - set it up and let it do its thing. Oh and did I mention - the customer support? Easy to use, ready for non technical users. Extended time to implement the tool, no issues with extending trial to perform additional tests. Cons Not applicable currently. The tool has proven to be practically perfect with no cons so far. -Complicated, sometimes not intuitive interface -Flexible setup requires knowledge of html and css, at least the basics It takes time to set up and you might want to ad css selectors to your product. Tricky to use if you are a first timer. Development tool that could be a struggle for non-developer type mortals. Limited options to customise knowledge base design.
