Flaree is an employee recognition and engagement platform for distributed and hybrid teams of 50–400 employees. It turns peer-to-peer recognition into a measurable habit: team members send values-aligned recognition cards ("Flarees") in about 30 seconds, while the Engagement Snapshot dashboard tracks participation, send/receive balance and retention signals. Flaree is web-first with native iOS and Android apps and an optional Slack integration, reaching both desk and non-desk staff. Core features include 9 card templates plus unlimited custom values-based cards, points, leaderboards, achievement badges, automated birthday and work-anniversary recognition, an AI HR Assistant, and REST API, Zapier and Make.com integrations.
