	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease in making financials, consolidation, prompt support access, last movement changes can be incorporated easily. It is fully automated process with link tally. We can easily doing preparing & editing data while preparing Balance sheet & profit & loss account and other MIS reports. Very streamlined reporting solution especially for large companies. It is fairly customizable to user's needs but no so much that it becomes unstable. Cons As of now there are no cons observed. Cash flow statement should be automated in FMS. It is still not coming from system. Nothing much to add here. Overall, a great reporting solution.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Workday finance is very much useful for financial management and reporting purpose. It provides customized dashboards as per the user need. User friendly and easy to use. We can say it's worthy for small, medium and large organisations. Cons Everything is good but sometimes it took too much time to load the main screen. Rest all is well.
