Pros

  • Simple design for complicated process. Best overall tech support skill I've ever seen. Perhaps the most extensive libraries. Native integration is fantastic.

Cons

  • Rigid in it's implementation. Tech support is a subscription fee. DataLogging is very mediocre below the enterprise level. Enterprise level has perhaps the highest overall cost associated with it.
