Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. feels like a beta, pushy sales and long contracts. We wanted to use the journey builder for outreach and it was a total nightmare to get started. Cons Terrible UI, everything that we were told is "easy" was a custom API that they charged a fortune to do. total waste of time and money and complete refusal to leave the contract, be warned.
