Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I use this a dozen or so times a year with IT support companies when they need control of my computer for trouble shooting. Always fast and easy to use. 1. The best feature of Connect Wise Control is the ability to manually control the screen resolution output while working on slow bandwidth connection. 2. The sessions are protected and secured. 3. The device remote controlling works smoothly without any jitter or lags in either video or audio. - The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. - It provides a stable and reliable connection from both end. - The connection time is quick, and the software is not heavy on processor while running. - The free version is a great tool to get started. - It is pretty easy to set up and use. - It is a very stable tool and does not put load on the system. The interface of the software is straightforward and easy to use that helps in organizing multiple clients at a time. It takes negligible to time to connect, and the connection is swift and reliable with no latency. The connection can be formed in a flexible manner via email or code. Cons No cons. Works like it's supposed to. Sometimes clients forget to click the allow the download, but that's not really a con of the product. 1. The only thing in which the tool lacks behind is the user interface of the tool, that is quite messy and unorganized. But UI plays a crucial role in user experience. - ConnectWise control is the perfect tool for reliable and fast remote access, and it provides what it claims. - There are some minor bugs, like the guest monitor does not work properly. The backward version of the agent is not supported. It does not have iOS or Android support.
