Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Robust functionality that rivals enterprise players at half the cost. Highly customizable without programmer intervention. Excellent sales automation and lead management. Good reporting. Very easy to use. Rapid ROI. Cons No multi language support - we were hoping for not only an English version but Dutch as well. Integration with 3rd party programs a bit limited, but can use Zappier for other integrations
