Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Click & Pledge makes online giving simple, customizable, and professional. I especially like how it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, making donor management smooth and efficient. The range of payment options, recurring donation features (along with recurring updater), and customizable checkout pages give us a lot of flexibility. Allowing our donors to cover the fees allows us to keep more funds for our cause. Their support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond, which is a huge plus. Cons The system is powerful, but with that comes a bit of a learning curve. Of course Click & Pledge understands this and offers Live Support so I can get my questions answered immediately.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the ability for our supporters to customize their own peer fundraising campaigns for our organization, with the donations going directly to our bank account. The platform is easy to use and allows those who donate to leave a message. Cons The monthly fee is very high. If your organization does a lot of peer fundraising, this may be worth it to you, but for a small to mid-sized organization I think there are better alternatives.
