From the outset, Clearly Payments stood out for its user-friendly interface and straightforward setup process, making account setup a breeze. Their competitive pricing with transparent and affordable rates, coupled with robust security measures, provided a cost-effective and secure solution for processing payments. Transactions were processed swiftly without any downtime or glitches, and their excellent customer support was readily available whenever needed. Awesome company. Great service. Super low transaction costs. We used the service for our internet company with recurring billing. I really liked the low rates and the very responsive customer support. I definitely recommend Clearly Payments for credit card processing. I liked how easy it was to switch and I liked the pricing. They took me through how it works. I can truly say they are the best I've worked with so far. Cons Payments can be difficult to manage with some complex systems. There was nothing wrong with the company or service. There is not much I don't like about Clearly Payments. I find it complex to set up payments though. I don't really have any cons yet. Maybe it took a day to get set up. They are available absolutely anytime you need them, their rates are competitive and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and honest which is hard to come across today. These guys are the most responsive processors I've ever worked with. Always fast to write back, deal with charge backs, and always have innovative ideas to help with our POS needs. Switched to TCA for my business credit card services, they beat my previous provider by not only saving me money, but providing me with remarkable customer service! I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and rates that my company has received since we started accepting credit card payments several months ago. Cons None. They are good and the services are good since the beginning. I honestly can't think of anything. It's been fantastic since the start. I would not change anything about the experience. It was perfect the way it was. Could not think of any thing to change, like I said they have remarkable customer service. There are no cons in my experience, happy with the service.
