	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros No Pros, have had nothing but issues with the customer service from Design Master. See our comments in Cons. Cons Paid for a 12 months licence for DM HVAC and Electrical software. After approx 4 months the licences expired and after we asked for the licences to be extended for the full 12 months or refund us the money Design Master refused.
