Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like most about the platform is that it really is an innovative proposal in the market, with basic functionality but with impressive utility. It has been useful for us to test our mobile application before being launched, testing all the functionality, that the flow and navigation is always fluid, in addition to testing that the unification of various functions within the application works without interruptions or errors. It provides a diagnostic tool that allows us to detect where the fault is, in this way we develop strategies to improve small aspects that we may be overlooking. It helps to carry out an exhaustive stack monitoring, from its platform we can evaluate everything we need, offering quite explicit results as we require it line by line. The interface is quite comfortable and adapts to our needs within the company, integrating it with the chat that we use to communicate helps us maintain supervised control, in addition to always keeping us informed of errors that may arise, in this way we can address them in a timely manner. immediately, it is very useful to be able to join it to our comprehensive work system. Real-time error capture is quite useful and effective, as I mentioned, to find the effective solutions in the right time. One of the most important points of the platform is undoubtedly the ease of use, its implementation becomes more comfortable. Cons I have found similar platforms with a much cheaper cost, although Bugsnag has somewhat expensive plans, its interface and ease of use provide a user experience that is unparalleled and that is undoubtedly completely worth it. However, one of the points that I see as important to improve is the event limits, when it reaches its limit, we stop detecting errors and things can get a little out of hand, expanding that capacity a little would give us more range of work and improve.
