Punching in & out is intuitive for your employees & easy for you to view & export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or our Google, iOS, & Android apps. You can view who's working, their GPS position or even limit where they can punch. We integrate with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, & SurePayroll while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as PTO Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, & SSO are all included in our cloud based time clock.		About My Intranet is a complete HRIS system with 6 modules: - Leave management system (leave request, overtime) - Expense report - Time tracking - Personnel file management - Corporate directory - Procure to pay My Intranet has been in the field since 2009. It is an HRIS with a long track record and thousands of users. The modular approach gives maximum flexibility to customers as they can use each module independently for specific users. The solution is available in SaaS mode thus the company doesn't have about all the technical details. All the maintenance is handled by the S/W editor.

Pros from Real Users Pros Buddy Punch is easy to use, both with data entry and report generation. The facial recognition on the iPad adds a level of ease. You can take advantage of any or all services it provides, based on your needs. I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app. I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time. The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch - efficient - easy to navigate - nice design - smooth software - allowed to add in lunch breaks - can edit timesheet after clock out well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch... - Great customer service that is always ready to help. - Clean and easy to use interface. - Scheduling creation tools are fantastic. - Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable. - My team loves it! Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable. Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it. Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My Intranet is pretty easy to configure. We started to use it only few days after the subscription. Right now, we are using it for leave management and time tracking. It allowed us to save hours of admin time and also to become more efficient when it comes to planning resources and reporting time. The application can be used as simple or as detailed as you wish with many features available, if you wish to use them. Cons The solution does a lot of things. It is very complete. So at the beginning, you need to take a bit of time to understand what it does versus what you need. But the support really helped us on that. Can be quite cumbersome to initially set up, a better UI or a sort of installation wizard would go well.
