I was able to navigate the entire interface on my first day. After a few weeks - I could tutor the rest of my colleagues and other workmates at our organization. BigTime has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization. The software's time and billing features are top-notch, delivering a streamlined and intuitive user experience. The ability to effortlessly track project progress and manage our team's hours has resulted in a significant increase in our overall productivity. Cons Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to. And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or freelancers. The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial. There's a bit of a learning curve when first getting started with BigTime, but the company offers plenty of resources to get you up to speed. The reporting capabilities could be a bit more customizable, but this is a minor concern when compared to the wealth of benefits the software provides. Some users may find the process of configuring these customizations to be complex or time-consuming. This makes it easy to share data between different systems and streamline your workflows. Loved the complete software package along with all color grading and helpful content provided. easy to use. Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past. My team and I loved the user-friendly interface! We only did about 15 minutes of training to get the basics and then everyone got the rest of it by themselves. It's that easy.
