	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I use WorkBoard exclusively for the OKR capability and it's a pretty useful tool for our organization to stay focused on our goals and objectives. The way it track your goals (with percentages and color-coating) to let you know how far or close you are from meeting your goals is a nice quick visual that's easy to understand. It's a great collaboration tool as it allows you to see and understand other division's goals as well. Cons I don't have much to critique WorkBoard for other than potentially having a more modern/updated interface (and that could just be a personal preference).
