	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is a solid platform with cloud storage that allows me to manage each member of the work team, make new hires and speed up retirements, all from a simple, dynamic, and easy-to-use interface. The updates I make are shown quickly, I can manage a database in a segmented way according to my purpose, thus allowing me to have a panel with a clearer vision to track time and project, it allows me to see the status of each employee and create a comprehensive environment where it is possible to link work, manage tasks and evaluate performance. Beyond this, I can post job offers, evaluate candidates and schedule interviews for the most suitable time. Another option is the management of vacations, accommodate the time for each employee and view absences, this is incredible! The creation of reports is without a doubt a plus, it helps me with the projection of the data and to have from the foreground all the study on the billing and performance of the workflow. On the other hand, having mobile access was the best that Workday could provide, since I need some information and I can go to it from wherever I am, under an interface that is equally comfortable and fast to use. The communications panel is undoubtedly an ideal collaboration tool to maintain efficient communication and a communication exchange that generates active work constantly. It helps us with billing processes, tax payments, tracking expenses, providing detailed financial reports, it is a useful option that enables us the possibility of not only doing human management but also covering a set of financial tasks. Makes Effortless management for the HR department. Robust analytics and tracking of employee activities. Online attendance platform. Financial management. Cons It needs better options so that the investment of time in the platform is less, better API connections so that the integration of work is much more direct; fast payroll payments, it takes too long to manage the amount, form and time in which it will be made, it becomes quite tedious; adjustment of time cards, when someone forgets to check out, I have to check on my own and make the link myself, I should give the possibility for the employee to do it with some authorization. The invitations can be slow, when I send them to join the work team it can take a couple of days to arrive and that upsets the way we work. It has a high customization power, but it is not very pleasant, it can become too much, when configuring something, something else is changed and this interferes with how we use the application. The notifications are insistent many times and I cannot delete them, it would be nice to be able to configure what I want to be notified of and what not. It can be a very large platform with millions of routes and panels to follow, at first it can be too confusing to use, but over time we adapt very well. Perhaps it can be a bit expensive, however, I feel that it is worth what it costs since the multiple functions that we perform there are enough to equate with the cost, that it be a little more adjustable to our comfort would also not be bad. It works great for me. Nothing to share about cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
