Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to see what would happen if the "package" made it on to a computer. Showing the Higher ups what would happen when they clicked the link in that email that was from a "Friend". Adding certain users to a special filter, Accountants and Directors is nice. More protection from people who try to "fix" the issue of the attachment not loading, and disable the virus scanner or try to follow the instructions from the scammer! Cons As usual Price, but thats where the showing the bean counters what would of happened if it had got to the network and the down time it has already saved	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Proofpoint is easy to integrate with your existing emails. It also visualizes the report of blocked emails and sender addresses. The pro plans give unlimited email scanning. You can also greylist or whitelist the emails manually. I began using this product as part of a merger and was very happy with it. It was effective, low false positive rates, and easy to manage. Proofpoint is very powerful email safety tool. It can detect and block malicious and unwanted emails. It shows blocked mails stats and information. It has unique virus and malware alarm system. Cons In my six-month usage, it performs well and I never faced and downside. No real cons during my use of the product. Sometimes attachment scanning may take an extra second or 2, which our users seemed to care about. Overall, Proofpoint is a very useful email protection tool, but the dashboard user interface is not easy to navigate.
