Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to Learn, helpful staff- they are always supportive when things go wrong and easy to work with. Scheduling, documentation, communication, billing and administrative functions are taken of in an organized and efficient manner. Customized our forms to meet our needs. Training and customer services are excellent! I love the fact that AZZLY is an integrated solution, the billing component makes getting paid easier and faster. It is exactly what we needed as a solution. Cons Sometimes this system does not save notes or is slow. Sometimes the system is slow to load. This can be a little frustrating. So far there are no cons that I can think of, the only thing I would say is that the mobile experience could be better.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Ease of use. - Very fast tech support turnaround. - Ease and ability to customize. - Works well with state contracted programs. - Frequent new features and updates. - Numerous reporting features which support individual staff and support management. AWARDS is an easy to use, comprehensive tool designed for human services organizations. We spent years researching options and carefully considering the move from paper to digital, and finally selected AWARDS. In addition to the program having a wide array of important features (including outcomes reporting), it is affordable, can be easily customized and the customer service and support of the Foothold team is superb! Cons At this point we have no issues with this software. Not the fault of the software, but as we are located in Massachusetts we have specific document requirements that were preset in AWARDS. Our required paperwork limited us slightly in making full use of the AWARDS platform.
