Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Very fast support from Apicbase - Complete software. Taking care of all aspects - Intuitive front end Our company operates food services in correctional facilities, which is a unique niche. ApicBase has created software that fits ALL of our specific needs because the software is so dynamic. It's also user-friendly. It took me about 2-3 weeks to learn it and use it daily as we do. We are very pleased and thankful for how ApicBase has changed our operations for the better, helping us manage our expenses and raise our profitability. This software pulls together all the essentials around running a restaurant and kitchen. It is incredibly detailed and thorough. API connection with suppliers and register - real time insight food costs - easy build recipes by tagging ingredients - control multiple outlets - staff training with step by step instructions including pictures - support level is high. Cons - A little expensive for a small company - Only integrations with Dutch and Belgian suppliers No cons so far. ApicBase is still growing and adding features, which is great. The user interface can be improved upon, although it isn't bad. It can just be made a bit more intuitive. Because it works in the cloud, your internet connection should be fast. Loading times are sometimes a bit long. Takes a lot off work building your own database en tweaking it to your perfection. Approx 3 months.
