		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ability to copy previous week shifts for smooth/fast scheduling, documenting employee pay, seeing everyone's schedule for the week in one place. Easy of scheduling and assigning jobs tracking my payroll hours and cost. Seeing which employees are logged on to work The user-friendly interface makes scheduling simple for both managers and employees, and we can make changes quickly and accurately. Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful when we need assistance. Easy scheduling, monthly timesheets — makes payroll that much easier! We've tried many different scheduling platforms and this is the one we're sticking with! I love the easy layout of the software and how it is easy to transition from one thing to the next. The app makes it easy to follow up as well. Cons Not being able to delete employees and freeing up usage. Punching in and out in phone sometimes eve. In the set area employees have trouble logging in and out. I wish we could copy schedules individually, rather than in bulk. Not as many functions to accommodate non-traditional work schedules. I would love to copy a shift from one day and paste to another.
