This is the Risk II Save Editor, or RISE. It edits game save files for Microprose's PC release of Risk II. This is my first program I've written... ever... so don't take some of the inefficiencies to heart.
Features
- Edit game save title, save time, save date; switch between Classic and SameTime Risk, edit game objectives, multiplayer and many other basic settings
- Edit continent troop bonuses, turn on and off extra territories and have the ability to eliminate players from the game
- Have full control over players in the game, editing their names, color, mission/capital, risk cards and change whether the computer controls them or not
- Have full control over the map -- editing who owns what territories and how many troops are in those territories
- Edit the stats of the game -- change the history of the game
