#43 "Writing" Alternatives
Hey there. Zkanji is absolutely awesome.
Having said that, I've noticed several things that could function a little bit more better. Here's one of them.
Some Japanese words have several ways of writing them. For example the word "uriage" (sales, the amount sold) could be spelled both as 売り上げ or simply as 売上. But while adding the word to a word group and/or to the long-term study list, I can't add "alternative writings". I'd have to add both as separate words. And when, let's say, a meaning is displayed during the test and I have to give the "writing" answer - I have no way of knowing which of the two is the one the programme is asking me to input. So I can get it wrong despite getting it right.
It would be fantastic if one word entry could have several "writings", just as it can have several meanings.
