No

When processing the attached file with xetex, the 3rd line will show empty boxes instead of the bars, however the bars do appear if luatex is used instead. The font used can be obtained from http://github.com/khaledhosny/euler-otf. See http://github.com/wspr/unicode-math/issues/closed#issue/63 for more details.

I think it's likely this will be fixed by 4d9ba8ff700093e247675fafba1a24f53ec1686e, recently pushed to the master branch. Please test.

    Seems to be fixed indeed.

Font moved to https://github.com/khaledhosny/euler-otf/raw/master/euler.otf . Compilation with luatex fails (luatex-fonts is missing, and if you take it from the luatex-fonts.tex.gz file in the distribution and put it into the current dir, you get ! Undefined control sequence. l.3 \environment luatex-style ). Upon compilation wtih xetex, the bars do appear in the third line; the bug can probably be closed.
