Re-arranged projinfo struct in "weapon.cpp", splashradius is
now a float and there is a bool for whether the projectile
is for a melee attack; Also, name is the last item now;
Added array of projinfo's for player attacks;
Finished array of guninfo's for player guns;
Added (empty) arrays for baddie projinfo's and guninfo's;

Added Code::Blocks project file;

Added base model for the player's hands;
Added (incomplete) model for player's hands holding
an assault rifle;
Added 'prepare.py' which is a script for preparing
data and source files in whatever way is needed,
as well as fixing things like line endings and
