OpenVPN ported to Windows 2000/XP
1.5-beta3 is out with Win2000/XP support, a high-quality, self-extracting installer, and new support for TCP tunnels. OpenVPN is one of the most portable VPN implementations today, with the same code base running on Linux, *BSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, and now Win 2K/XP.
