This class holds the Players, the Board and other important classes of the game.
A game context can be started, loaded, persisted and deleted.

Command implementation

The game needs a Command Design Pattern Implementation for those entities that can execute gameplay operations.
There are two types of commands: synchronous and asynchronous.
Objects that can execute commands should implement the Listener Interface if need to be call backed.
Objects executing commands can optionally have a queue of commands, allowing them to execute commands in sequence.
The current implementation offers a java.util.Timer per Unit. This is potentially a problem as Units can scale so will Threads related to their Timers. TaskCommand accepts a timer as a constructor argument, so Units stop using their own Timers and use the Players timer to which they belong.

Unit birth

After each turn cities evaluate the available food and give birth to units depending on it.

Food storage

Cities store the food that units belonging to them collect.
