Hi,

I've tried the Perl utility on a Fedora 1, Perl v5.8.1,
local installation which had no problems, and then a
Fedora 4, Perl v5.8.6, remote machine.

I'm getting an intermittent 'Couldn't open file' at
line 180 of progress.cgi. It happens once in every 3
or 4 uploads.

I don't think it is a permissions issue since it works
most of the time.

Any ideas?
