I just tried LibreCad and I really liked it. :)
What I noticed was that with the Dutch translation the X and Y axes are switched in the properties field (probably something went wrong with the translations).
I work with the version the Ubuntu repository supplies, for full info check the about screen at the bottom below.
When I view the properties in English I get:
Xstart 3320
Ystart 0
Xend 3320
Yend 3470
When I view the properties in Dutch I get:
Xstart 0
Ystart 3320
Xend 3320
Yend 3470
I started wondering if I had somehow tilted the raster or made some other error. However, with a little bit of trying I got the lines okay however the values wrong as you can see up here.
The English one is correct, the Dutch one is wrong.

You're right, it was an error in dutch translation. I fixed it on the translation server, but it may take a while until it find its way to official releases.
The fix found its way into the github repos and is available in nightly builds for Windows.
For Linux it is not that easy. Official Ubuntu still uses LibreCAD 2.0.2 while our official stable release is 2.0.8. For a more up to date release you have to use stable or daily ppa. See http://librecad.org/cms/home/installation/linux.html how to achieve this.
