hessian_input::read_string() gets wrong lenght.

The code
int b16 = _is->read();
int b8 = _is->read();
seems to give the wrong lenght sometimes.

The code should be chaged to either
int b16 = _is->read() & 0xFF;
int b8 = _is->read() & 0xFF;
or
unsigned char b16 = _is->read();
unsigned char b8 = _is->read();
to fix this.

Unicode problems in hessian_input.cpp

There seems to be some issues regarding how Unicode
UTF-8 is treated in hessian_input.cpp First it looks as
if it's read as signed, something that cause problems
with some characters. Then it looks like it converts
the UTF-8 string to a standard ASCII string.
