#45 Add option to execute strategy on all baselines
The process of converting a single-baseline strategy to a every-baseline strategy is a bit confusing. Besides the confusing process of adding two actions to a single-baseline strategy, when a every-baseline strategy is run in the rfigui, the wrong flags are displaced afterwards.
This could be made somewhat simpler by adding a menu item to run a single-baseline strategy on all baselines. Clicking it could issue a warning that the measurement set would be changed, and after running it it could reload the current baseline to fix the problem of showing the wrong flags.
Discussion
In combination with this, the 'full' button can also be removed from the edit strategy window, since that's not generally what one wants to do anymore.
The 'full', 'enclose for each baseline' and 'enclose for each ms' buttons have now been removed.
