- HemicycleSeatsEditor: add option for a new property in the renderer

- PluginSettingsEditorPanel: add missing imports
- frmMain: add aboutDialog to the component roots list
- AboutDialog: put licensing text into a scrollable panel, properly attribute the CSV component
- strings: update, new string App_version, new strings for upcoming data components
