    zeroconfig IPv6 tunnel

The use of NAT devices all over the Internet has made peer-to-peer exchanges unreliable. The rise of IPv6 should repair this, but it will still not be reliable until all peers have implemented IPv6. Such IPv6 implementation could be arranged on the fly with a tunnel mechanism that does not rely on router co-operation or manual configuration. This specification details such a method of embedding IPv6 into UDP and IPv4. It employs embedded Router Solicitation to configure the tunnel's public IPv6 address, and Neighbor Discovery to try to find the remote peer over more efficient IPv4 routes.

    Cultix

    Cultix

A fast Debian-based Linux distribution for VampireFreaks community

Cultix. A distro for freaks'n'geeks, based on the mighty Debian GNU/Linux, with cyber-gothic eye-candy and speed and power in mind. It is built under the aegis of the VampireFreaks OpenSource cult and seems to be the only Linux distribution representing any VF community for now. Cultix comes in the form of LiveDVD hybrid iso image that has an installer. It contains heavily customized Debian Squeeze configs, as well as some manually rebuilt software (Midori, Vala - from official sources) and some components written specially for this distribution (for example, VampireFreaks Sanctuary Radio tray applet, written in Python). This page is the primary download page. For all the news, see the main distribution website. NOTE (1.07.2012): the RC2 that contains critical update preventing login problems on some hardware will be released within 18 hours.

    Enterprise

Tool intended to help the process of booting Linux on Intel Macs.

Enterprise is a custom UEFI bootloader designed to load Linux distributions directly from ISO files on Apple Mac computers (even those without UEFI booting support). It is designed to compliment Mac Linux USB Loader, though it can also be used separately (albeit with some setup work). The purpose of Enterprise is as the first stage in a two-stage booting process for Mac Linux USB Loader-created USB drives. Essentially, Enterprise loads GRUB, giving it configuration settings and the location of necessary files inside of the desired ISO, and then the distribution is booted. Enterprise will soon support booting multiple distributions, so you can have more than one distribution per USB stick. This way, you can test out multiple distributions.

    GreenHop

    GreenHop

Energy and environmental monitoring of the server room

The solution GreenHop aims to perform energy and environmental (temperature, humidity, dew point and atmospheric pressure) monitoring of the Data Center server room, providing energy efficiency indicators through green metrics for Data Centers. The GreenHop solution is based on open source software and hardware. The approach of using open source solutions enables its deployment easier and independently of suppliers at the same time makes the solution scalable to the needs of each organization. Thus, we aim to provide ambiental monitoring of the Data Center server room while we keep the system to be customizable to implement and replicate.

    Hierarchical cluster engine HCE

    Hierarchical Cluster Engine project

The main idea of this project – to implement the solution that can be used to: construct custom network mesh or distributed network cluster structure with several relations types between nodes, formalize the data flow processing goes from upper node level central source point to down nodes and backward, formalize the management requests handling from multiple source points, support native reducing of multiple nodes results (aggregation, duplicates elimination, sorting and so on), internally support powerful full-text search engine and data storage, provide transactions-less and transactional requests processing, support flexible run-time changes of cluster infrastructure, have many languages bindings for client-side integration APIs in one product build on C++ language... Also, HCE includes the highlighter application. This is utility to get fast parallel multi-algorithmic textual patterns highlighting. It provides cli UI, works as filter console tool and uses json format of prot
