    FFT for ARMv6

Fixed point 16/32 integer FFT library for the Raspberry Pi and Android

This library is being created as I have a need to do very fast FFTs on low end devices not supporting the NEON instruction set. The Raspberry Pi is an ideal candidate for developing in gcc before porting to JNI for low spec Android devices, hence it's inclusion. Fixed point 16/32 integer FFT library suitable for the Raspberry Pi and Android devices. Includes test stubs for gcc on the Raspberry Pi and a Basic4Android wrapper from JNI. It includes hand optimised ARMv6 assembler, demonstrating techniques such as pipeline stuffing to achieve maximum performance. It also demonstrates how to include large chunks of assembler inline with C/C++ thus avoiding ABI issues between platforms.

    Shiro Project

    Shiro Project

We started to developing a tablet user interface based on gnome-shell

We started the project for school. Now the school project has finished and we plan to bring the project further. As said, it's based on gnome-shell. We took the source code of the gnome-shell and started to adapt it on touchscreen devices. Up to now we stayed fully compatible with the gnome-shell extension system. At the moment the software works just for the gnome-shell 3.2 shipped with Fedora 16 but we should adapt it for Ubuntu's gnome-shell version as well as for the newest releases of the gnome-shell. For the next steps we hope that we can integrate more social networks in the UI.

    jWAM

A 100% Java Warren Abstract Machine implementation.

jWAM is a 100% Java Warren Abstract Machine implementation. Currently it is still under development though all the basic functionalities (compiling, resolution) are working. As far as I know this is the only open source Java based implementation out there that does not simplify Warren's design. I have done some comparison's with other Java based Prolog engine's and jWAM does seem to outperform them all quite well (tuProlog, JLog, JIP, jTrolog). However, if you need a Java based Prolog engine for your project I recommend tuProlog and jTrolog as they are at the moment way more mature than jWAM. Most notable to-do's: - Built-in predicates. - Debugging tools. - Testing. - Documentation and commenting. - Android port. (I have the engine working with a test app but I still need to build a proper app). - Alpha release

    zibaldone

    zibaldone

c++/java library for thread support and other useful stuff

Description zibaldone is a c++/java library for multithread programming. Currently zibaldone provides the following functionalities: => a class named "Thread" that (likewise what happens in Java) is to be inherited to create user thread. => event communications management between threads (design pattern observer) => socket support class (both PF_LOCAL and AF_INET on Linux, AF_INET on windows) => Serial port communication support class => Timer objects => Logging facilities With zibaldone you can easily: developing a c++ or java multithread application connecting a thread to a socket connecting a thread to a serial port triggering an event to a timeout on a thread Note: zibaldone offers an identical interface both for linux and windows. This way, source code that uses zibaldone can be recompiled with no modify for both systems. Moreover, the java version has almost an identical interface to the c++ one (apart few differences language dependant)
