Slimgrid is a Java library for grid computations which is lighter than other ones (JPPF, Hadoop, ...). The main design goals are: minimalism, simplicity, pervasiveness. If you need to grab something which does not require you to comprehend massive and complex API's, do exhaustive configurations and installations, is robust and reliable, uses just one port for all management and communication, then SlimGrid is the right choice. The SlimGrid is built on top of the Apache's ZooKeeper library for coordination of distributed systems and Apache Curator awesome API simplification. Slimgrid allows also one-way synchronization of grid application folders (from the server to workers). This is useful when the grid app has been updated. Slimgrid is very robust. One of his successful mission was to perform more than 140.000 tasks in the grid with 40+ computers located in three different countries (Norway, Germany, Canada) and behind various firewalls (University labs).

The ARM-Ada project provide ravenscar runtime system and some useful libraries for deeply embedded applications written in gcc ada (gnat) language. For now RTS port for lpc21xx is done.

The aim of this open-source project is to create a Java library to send and receive such data, because there is actually no open-source project at all in this field. Keep in mind that those protocols are old and not maintained anymore by any company, but still used in many old PLCs installations.

The primary part of the casefix project is a small c library of case editing functions, the heart of which is 7 streaming case editors. Also, there are 3 functions that interface char arrays and strings to the streaming editors. So the library can modify the casing of any character, character block (word), any character string, character array, or any character stream. Currently, libcasefix only handles 7 or 8 bit character sets with some support for UTF-8. With that in mind casefix does support a number of character sets for internationalization. Also, there is a casefix command that implements the functionality of the casefix library for use at the command line.

The cpp_trace is a flexible and compact logging C++ library. The library provides a facility to filter and route between output streams text trace messages. It uses generic type-safe design and conforms to STL io stream concepts.

libnfdump provides simple API for reading files generated by nfdump tools. NOTICE: This is very first, experimental, version of the library. API will probably change in future versions. The library is based on slightly modified source codes of nfdump v1.6.12. It supports reading and filtering of flow records exactly as nfdump does. Aggregation, statistics and writing of new files is not supported yet. In addition to nfdump, the library allows to use several filters at once, in one pass over a file, which may reduce number of disk accesses significantly in many applications.
