AGENCY is very customizable, which allows it to be shaped to a tight fit with your data and organizational requirements,. It can facilitate operations and communication and generate reports and documents. Although AGENCY can be customized for nearly any organization, it has been used especially for homeless, housing, shelter, social service organizations, and for purposes such as case management, shelter operations, compliance and reporting, housing, rent tracking, data exchange, visitors and more. AGENCY aims to become collectively developed, help empower organizations that build a better world, and build and nurture community and connection among and across groups.
