We have preserved the meaning of the original book Deep Learning as much as possible and retained the original language of the book. The first half of the book introduces readers to machine learning using scikit-learn, the defacto approach for working with tabular datasets. Then, the second half of this book focuses on deep learning, including applications to natural language processing and computer vision. -

An open-source NLP research library, built on PyTorch
AllenNLP makes it easy to design and evaluate new deep learning models for nearly any NLP problem, along with the infrastructure to easily run them in the cloud or on your laptop. AllenNLP includes reference implementations of high quality models for both core NLP problems (e.g. semantic role labeling) and NLP applications (e.g. textual entailment). AllenNLP supports loading "plugins" dynamically. A plugin is just a Python package that provides custom registered classes or additional allennlp subcommands. There is ecosystem of open source plugins, some of which are maintained by the AllenNLP team here at AI2, and some of which are maintained by the broader community. This is the corresponding code for the book "The Deep Learning Framework PyTorch: Getting Started and Practical", but it can also be used as a standalone PyTorch Getting Started Guide and Tutorial. The current version of the code is based on pytorch 1.0.1, if you want to use an older version please git checkout v0.4or git checkout v0.3. Legacy code has better python2/python3 compatibility, CPU/GPU compatibility test. The new version of the code has not been fully tested, it has been tested under GPU and python3. But in theory there shouldn't be too many problems on python2 and CPU. The basic part (the first five chapters) explains the content of PyTorch. This part introduces the main modules in PyTorch and some tools commonly used in deep learning. For this part of the content, Jupyter Notebook is used as a teaching tool here, and readers can modify and run with notebooks and repeat experiments. -

This repository is home to the Deep Review, a review article on deep learning in precision medicine. The Deep Review is collaboratively written on GitHub using a tool called Manubot (see below). The project operates on an open contribution model, welcoming contributions from anyone. To see what's incoming, check the open pull requests. For project discussion and planning see the Issues. As of writing, we are aiming to publish an update of the deep review. We will continue to make project preprints available on bioRxiv or another preprint service and aim to continue publishing the finished reviews in a peer-reviewed venue as well. Like the initial release, we are planning for an open and collaborative effort. New contributors are welcome and will be listed as version 2.0 authors. Change to the code directory.After installing tensorflow, switch to the kcws code directory. Currently, the custom dictionary is supported in the decoding stage.
