This library is being created as I have a need to do very fast FFTs on low end devices not supporting the NEON instruction set. The Raspberry Pi is an ideal candidate for developing in gcc before porting to JNI for low spec Android devices, hence it's inclusion. Fixed point 16/32 integer FFT library suitable for the Raspberry Pi and Android devices. Includes test stubs for gcc on the Raspberry Pi and a Basic4Android wrapper from JNI. It includes hand optimised ARMv6 assembler, demonstrating techniques such as pipeline stuffing to achieve maximum performance. It also demonstrates how to include large chunks of assembler inline with C/C++ thus avoiding ABI issues between platforms.

LZO is a compression library which is widely used around the world. The main problem with LZO is that it is absolutely not human readable. People have done crazy stuff to get LZO to run in their language. Usually it implies inline assembly or trying to execute data which actually contains machine code. This is sick. Whoever is responsible for this sorry situation ought to be ashamed. So I'm going to deobfuscate LZO and provide a ISC implementation of this algorithm in Python and C. In addition, I will provide a textual description of the algorithm so that it can be easily ported to any programming language. I expect a severe performance degradation, but I leave optimizing for speed to other people.

Genetic Programming Classifier is a distributed evolutionary data classification program. It uses the ensemble method implemented under a parallel co-evolutionary Genetic Programming technique.

HOOPLE is a portable collection of C++ source code, featuring thread-safe objects for collections and event processing, RPC-style plugin-based encrypted networking (CROMP / octopus), bookmark collection management utilities, and a lot of other cool stuff. This is the project page for HOOPLE version 1, which was retired on September 25 2010. The code supposedly still builds on both Linux (with gnu gcc) and on Windows (with ms visual studio). This is a GUI application for learning non disjoint groups based on Weka machine learning framework. It offers a variety of learning methods, based on k-means, able to produce overlapping clusters. The application also contains an evaluation framework that calculates several external validation measures. The application offers a visualization tool to discover overlapping groups.

distDES is a Java RMI-based application which manages load balancing on heterogeneous clusters. Development will extend the theoretical initial implementation to include clustered Rainbow Table generation and encryption algorithm collision detection.
