Here Comes Summer!

Another card on the clean and simple front once again. Well, for me they are. Had a few challenges in mind when making it, although that's unusual for me as I usually make the card, then find a challenge, anyway I wanted to enter this week over at Less is More  as my cards never seem to fit the bill there.  No sentiment added as I think it could be useful for a few occasions that's coming up soon, Mother's Day or an Easter Card maybe or even a get well card,  not sure yet. A useful card to have in the box then!

Happy Birthday

 Well I'm totally done in after my big clean up on Friday and late night Saturday, Springcleaned the good room, won't say how deep the dust was....can't remember when we last sat in it. We call it the chill out room, why, cause I got carried away when I did it all up, bought a suite and when it arrived thought it wasn't going to go through the door. Big eh! It was huge in my little room, not much room for anything else but oh so comf,.romantic evenings. sprawled out on it,lights dimmed, a cosy coal fire on and watch a good DVD. .. that's the young ones, not us!  Hubby prefers his old rocker in the Sunroom!  Had a lovely night. Have to have visitors more often, would keep me on my toes with the housework lol. Right, onto my card which I made back in December. Hadn't made an inky card for ages, was so good to make something from scratch. Really like this colour combo and I love these pretty flowers and Butterflies  stamps from Hero Arts.

It's been brought to my attention that some of the challenges start Monday and this post has Friday on it!!!!! Mr Blogger is playing funny tricks on me yet again. I hope you understand the only fault on my part is for not checking the date is correct  but then why are they playing up in the first place!
