Visual Studio Code is my daily driver and easily the best code editor I've used. It's fast, lightweight, and works seamlessly across Windows, macOS, and Linux, so I never have to worry about switching environments. The built-in support for debugging, version control, and testing covers everything I need without jumping between tools, and the GitHub Copilot integration has genuinely sped up my coding with smart AI suggestions. It supports virtually any programming language, and the huge extension marketplace means I can customize it exactly the way I want. Best of all, it's completely free and open-source. Hard to imagine working without it. Highly recommend it to developers of any level.
I used Visual Studio to code and I used Remote SSH. It's a great choice for web developer!
