Following a major runway extension—from 2,450m to 3,750m—and full ILS and lighting upgrades, local carrier Air Traffic Limited successfully landed an Airbus A320 for its proving flight.   • 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮   Uzbekistan’s largest private airline, Centrum Air, plans to launch flights this year from #Tashkent to #Colombo Airport (CMB) in Sri Lanka and #Denpasar Airport (DPS) on the Indonesian island of #Bali. This is evident from a route network map published by the airline's owner, Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov.   Both destinations are popular resort spots, and there is currently no direct air service between them and Uzbekistan.   Centrum Air’s route network now includes nearly 50 cities—11 of which were added this year alone.
