Can I combine preorders and in-stock items in the same order?
We do not hold items to ship together. If you place an order with both pre-orders and in-stock items, any in-stock items will ship right away, and any pre-orders will ship separately based on their release date.
Why does it say "Est Tax" when I place my order?
Since the applicable tax rate may change between the time you place your order and the time your order is fulfilled, we are only able to estimate your tax charge when you place your preorder. In most cases, the tax rate will not change, and the estimated tax will be the same as the actual tax on your order.
When will I pay for the preorder?
When you place your preorder, you will see an initial preauthorization to your card. This preauthorization will then be removed, and your information is securely stored until we begin fulfillment of the preorder campaign. When the product is ready to ship, you will be charged for the invoice total including tax and shipping.
When will the preorder be delivered?
We begin shipping pre-orders one week before the release date. You can view our release calendar to see when an item is scheduled for release.
Preorders placed at least 10 days before the U.S. release date will usually arrive at USA addresses by the release date, but there is no guarantee they will. International preorders may take longer due to longer shipping times.

I have more than one preorder coming out on the same day. Do i have to pay shipping for each one?
No. Preorders will be grouped and shipped based on the release date.
Do you guarantee availability on your preorders?
Yes, we can usually guarantee inventory on preorders placed at least 10 days before the USA release date. If there is ever an unforeseen issue that affects availability, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.
How do I cancel or edit my preorder items?
Please contact our Customer Service team to cancel or edit your preorder. We may not be able to make changes if it is less than 2 weeks until the street date.
How do I change the shipping or billing address?
Please contact our Customer Service team if you need to update your billing or shipping address. We may not be able to make changes if it is less than 2 weeks until the street date.
Why can't I view my preorder under My Orders?
If you cannot view your preorder double check the date filter at the top right. You may need to adjust the filter to view older preorders.
Will you hold preorders to combine shipments?
No, we will ship all preorders as soon as they are ready. If you have multiple preorders on your order, each preorder item will ship to arrive on the given item's release date.
