The A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS) fully funds your PhD at local universities with up to 4 years of tuition, monthly allowance, as well as thesis and other allowances on top. You’ll do your research on real projects at an A*STAR Research Institute alongside researchers working on issues that impact Singapore: semiconductors, quantum, computing, precision health, and more. And actually, yes - the AGS is bond-free for Singaporeans and PRs! That means the freedom to choose your path in research or industry, switch lanes wherever your research takes you, or go further with postdoctoral studies.
