Yesterday we visited our newest portfolio company, Alstor, for a hands-on site visit - and let's just say we didn't leave disappointed. 🚜 We got behind the controls, put the harvesters through their paces in forest conditions, and by the end of the day the verdict was unanimous: we're sold. The team at Alstor has built something truly impressive - not just in terms of engineering and performance, but in the passion and expertise that drive everything they do. Thank you, Alstor, for the visit! We're proud to welcome you to the family and can't wait to see what we'll build together. 💪

Q1 highlights from Latour Industries 👏 Order intake came in slightly below last year (adjusted for acquisitions), reflecting mixed demand across our business units. Net sales grew 4.5% in the quarter. Adjusted for acquisitions and FX, net sales were down 1.9%. Adjusted operating profit was lifted by strong performances from REAC, MAXAGV and Alstor. On the M&A side, we welcomed Alstor to the group during Q1, and Densiq completed the acquisition of Scandinavian Sealing in January. More in Latour’s Q3 2025 interim report - link in the comments 👇

A warm thank you to all companies and employees across Latour Industries for your contribution throughout 2025. 🙌 Latour Industries ended 2025 with solid momentum in order intake, up 10% year‑on‑year (12% organically). Underlying demand remained strong at REAC and MAXAGV, while other segments operated in a softer market environment. Net sales were 3% below last year’s Q4, and together with currency effects and continued investments for long‑term growth, this weighed on adjusted operating profit. During the quarter, we completed the divestments of Batec and AAT, marking our exit from the Mobility segment. At the same time, we strengthened our future position through acquisitions, including Alstor (closed January 2026) and Scandinavian Sealing joining Densiq Group after year‑end.

We are happy to welcome Scandinavian Sealing AB to our portfolio through our company DENSIQ Group. "This acquisition strengthens our position in the service offering, and we are looking forward to the journey ahead" - Magnus Ljungdahl, CEO DENSIQ Group. A warm welcome to the Latour Industries network! ♟️
We are expanding our service offering! Yesterday, we took an important step in DENSIQS’s continued growth journey. The agreement to acquire Scandinavian Sealing AB has now been signed and sealed. Through this acquisition, we further strengthen our service offering for our customers within leak sealing in the process industry. Scandinavian Sealing is a well-run company with deep technical expertise. We are very much looking forward to continuing the journey together with Manuel and Mikael Lundqvist, now as part of DENSIQ and Latour Industries within Investment AB Latour. This is a clear example of how, with the support of Latour, we continue to build long term customer value through the right capabilities, the right offerings supported by the right people. #Growth #Leaksealing #ProcessIndustry #DENSIQ #Latour #ScandinavianSealing #Acquisition
