# screenRIG Terms of Service

These terms cover use of screenRIG, including the public
site, official plugin, native Players, and hosted service.

## Use the product as documented

Use screenRIG through the published product surfaces and keep account
credentials, cookies, signed URLs, and authorization material private. Do not
interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe another customer's
resources, or use screenRIG to distribute content you do not have the right to
use. You are responsible for the instructions, content, destinations, and
devices you place under your account.

## Accounts, usage, and payment

The current public rates and tier inclusions are stated on the
[pricing page](https://screenrig.ai/pricing.md). Usage is measured at the
account level as documented there. Paid support, service levels, invoicing, and
custom terms apply only when they are part of a separate written agreement; a
public page does not add them to an account.

## Service operation

Software and hosted infrastructure change. screenRIG may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue a
surface when needed to operate the service or protect customers. Unless a
separate written agreement says otherwise, the public service is provided as
available without a promised service level, and you should keep source copies
of content you need to retain.

## Software and content terms

The official plugin is licensed separately under Apache License 2.0; the
[license page](https://screenrig.ai/license.md) identifies the authoritative
source. These terms do not transfer ownership of screenRIG, the
service, or site content. The
[privacy page](https://screenrig.ai/privacy.md) describes the handling of website visits, account credentials and customer content.

## Questions and separate agreements

A signed order, master service agreement, or other written agreement controls
where it conflicts with this public page. For product feedback and contact information, use the
