So... I've been doing all these renders of Amber characters. I had one project in mind for it, eventually. And then I got a new laptop and found out laptop skins were a thing, so then I had a second project.

Ah, Bleys. The controversial revisit.

I ended up in a crossroads here. I could have left the Bleys I had, but the more I stared at it, the more the pose felt awkward, and like the Benedict revisit, it just didn't stand up well in the company of the other cards.

So I decided to revisit it.

And I ended up creating two different versions. One still uses the same clothing from the first card, albeit spruced up a bit, and I know several of the folks I showed it to prefer that one. But the Bleys in my head is much more the other version for some reason - not that he wouldn't wear the doublet and brocade, but that softer look makes my inner Bleys happier...

Except for the part where I swear to god, making a 3d figure look like they're laughing without falling into the goddamn Uncanny Valley is hard.
