ETA 2: Oh oh oh and also I've been meaning to rec this really awesome NCIS/SPN crossover. It's on ff.net and it's written from an omniscient narrator's POV, but it's long and plotty and understated and smart, with great character dynamics and spot-on voices. Let the pop-culture references war between Dean and Tony begin.
