More good news: I'm going skiing! Either in Italy or Austria, not sure yet. I'll be gone for 6 days, which means 4 days of actual ski. Last time I went on a ski trip was three or four years ago, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Bad news: In order not to miss any exams and as few school days as possible, I'm going skiing in Purim :-( This means I'll be absent during the last days of Purimgifts pinch hitting and the first days of posting, although I'll be back in time for the reveals. I feel really bad about it, but these were the only dates that worked. Anyway,all_my_fandoms is going to be an awesome mod -- thank god I have her -- and I don't know if we'll need any extra help, but if we do I'll give you guys a ring.
More bad news: It finally rained today, but too little and too late. The bottled water companies just announced that they were afraid their ground water sources are contaminated, so they're temporarily stopping production. Tap water's fine. They say rainwater usually washes away sediments, but there just wasn't enough rain this year. Boo :-(
In other news, warning: I'm about to make a huge post about part of my military service, which will be composed of 6000 or so words of navel-gazing. Please do not read it if you're not interested! I won't be hurt. It's just kind of... for the record, because I have no record of it.
