A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement, is a legally binding contract between two or more parties designed to protect sensitive information shared during a business relationship.Key elements typically addressed in a Non-Disclosure Agreement include the definition of confidential information,the duration of the confidentiality obligations, the permitted disclosures (if any), and the consequences of a breach.
