Week 177–Theme

Good morning dear crafters.  I hope you all had a brilliant week last week.  I’m sorry if you’re still feeling the effects of the stormy, wet weather some of the country has experienced and I trust that if you suffered any flooding or damage that it all gets resolved very soon.  I know I always moan about the bad weather in South Wales but thankfully as we’re so hilly we don’t get flooded in my little part very often.  Sending hugs to you all.

Before we announce the brand new challenge I would like to say a big thank you and also well done to all the participants of last week’s “colouring on kraft” challenge.  I know that for most of you it was the first time that you had attempted to colour on kraft card but I have to say that your colouring was amazing and we would never have known it was your first time unless you had told us so in your post.  You all deserve a big pat on the back!  Don’t forget to check back later to find out who Jen has chosen as her top 5 passionista and to find out who will be the lucky winner of the £10.00 gift voucher courtesy of Joanna Sheen.

Now onto this week’s challenge and hopefully this will be a little more in your comfort zone.  It’s the turn of Lou from Team 1 to set the theme and she has chosen “distressing”, so let’s see those roughed up edges, inked edges or torn papers from you this week.  Don’t forget to be eligible for the prize draw you must use your Letraset products (i.e. pro, flex, aqua, tria, metallic or neon markers) and of course follow the theme.

Our generous sponsor this week is Pink Gem Designs and Janet is offering one lucky winner a prize of 4 digi images of their choice from her lovely store.

Week 136 - Theme

Good morning dear crafters. Thankfully we’ve all survived the near arctic conditions of last week and are now enjoying the balmy temperatures of +6 degrees lol! Perfect weather for crafting! We would like to say a big thank you for all your gorgeous grey & purple creations for last week’s challenge. The DT had a wonderful time visiting your blogs and seeing all your interpretations of the colour scheme. Don’t forget to check back later to find out who Maya has chosen as her top 5 passionista and also to see if you are our lucky winner of the stamp courtesy of Whiff of Joy stamps.

This week our challenge has been set by Michele and she has chosen “distressing”, so you can rough up your edges, ink your papers or even tear everything in sight lol! Whatever you decide to do don’t forget you must use your Letraset products i.e. promarkers, flex markers, aqua markers or tria markers to qualify for our prize draw.

Our sponsor this week is Joanna Sheen and one lucky winner will receive a £10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

Week 78 - Theme

Good morning everyone.  We hope you’ve had another good week and are raring to go with our new challenge.  Wow wasn’t it really frosty yesterday, I had to clear the car windscreen before I could drive off – but at least it’s better than all the rain we had last week lol!  Enough waffling and let’s get on with what you really came here for!  We had lots of gorgeous cards for Julie’s ‘colours of old photographs’ challenge last week and even though it was a tricky one you all rose to the occasion.  Please call back later to find out who Julie has chosen as her top 5 passionista.  We will also be announcing the winner of the £10.00 voucher courtesy of The Secret Crafter

Onto this week’s challenge which has been set by Sue C and she has chosen “stitching and distressing” (your stitching can be real or faux it’s entirely up to you).  Don’t forget to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your promarkers or aqua markers.

Our sponsor this week is Stampeezee and the lucky winner will receive a £10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

Onto this week’s challenge which has been chosen by Michele and she would like to see some “distressing” on your cards this week.  It’s entirely up to you what you do i.e. tear your paper, ink the edges, but bear in mind you must use your promarkers to be eligible for our prize draw.
